Nondestructive testing : NDT

What is non-destructive testing?

A method to find out the properties of the inspection object or internal and external defects without changing the material or product shape

Radiographic Testing : RT

By using the property of penetrating the specimen of X-rays and y-rays, it is possible to determine the presence or absence of defects in the radiographs as dark cancers. It is effective in detecting defects such as internal indication defects CRACK, POROSITY, BLOW HOLE, non-metallic inclusions, UNDERCUT, and BURNTHROUG.

Ultrasonic Testing : UT

There are three types of ultrasound: pulse reflection method, transmission method, and resonance method. In PULSE REFLECTION METHOD, which is widely used, the ultrasound pulse is transmitted to the inside, and the ultrasound reflected by the defect of the test object (this is called ECHOH) is detected.

Magnetic Particle Testing : MT

If there is a defect blocking magnetic flux near the surface, it is cohesively adsorbed to the defect part and is optimal for checking the defect width in the form of agglomeration of iron on the defect and detecting surface defects.

Liquid Penetrant Testing : PT

To check for surface defects or weld leak inspection in an easy-to-see groove on the surface (step 4 of the process)

Eddy Current Testing: ET

The current flowing through the coil uses the eddy current on the test material to accurately evaluate several tables of metal materials and discontinuities under the surface, alloy composition, hardness, thickness, and other conditions.

Leakage Testing : LT

Create an outlet or inlet for gas in an enclosed space. Detects leaks, leak locations, and estimates of leaks with sealed detection gas or external detection gas.

Visual Testing : VT

Direct visual inspection and visual inspection through optical aids that apply non-destructive inspection methods to indicate defects and anomalies on the surface of an object
